This is a video that I made for my education technology class . . . yes I know that my voice sounds drab la . . . la. . . la . . . I just wanted to get it done after working on it FOREVER!!! Anywho . . . after this much work I had to share . . .
Excellent project, Emily. I appreciate your explanation of the historical layout of Mormon cities. I remember visiting St. George as a little boy and noticing that some homes boasted rectangular lots that extended from the wide streets you described to the center of their block.
Thanks to you, Emily, some students will realize that in St. George (and, as you explained, other cities in the Mormon Cultural Region) the inner-block housing units stand on the gardens and livestock yards of yesteryear.
